Are the scriptures inside the chocolates random?

Yes, all scriptures inside our chocolates are random. We have a bank of scriptures we pull from, but we trust God will deliver the specific promise He wants you to have. 

Are Promise Chocolates suitable for individuals with milk, soy, or nut allergies?

No. Many of our chocolates contain dairy and nuts. All chocolates are produced on equipment that may contain trace amounts of peanuts, tree nuts, milk, egg, soy and wheat. 

Are your chocolates gluten free?

No. Promise Chocolate products are not gluten free.

How long are the chocolates fresh? At what temperature?

Our chocolate is best when stored at 60º to 70ºF and consumed within 3–4 weeks of purchase. Our products should be stored in a dry area avoiding heat, direct sunlight, and humidity. 

Can orders be customized?

We do not offer custom orders. We do have a variety of delicious collections for you to choose from! 

 Do you ever substitute chocolates in your collections?

Due to production scheduling there may be times that we will have to substitute a specific chocolate for a different flavor. Although this doesn’t happen often, we do reserve the right to make comparable substitutions when needed.

What’s your return policy?

We are committed to customer satisfaction. Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If there is any issue upon receipt of your order, customer must contact Promise Chocolates via email for replacement or refund with pictures of shipping cartons bottom that shows the dimensions, your order number, top of shipping carton capturing the ship label and damage. These requests MUST be received within 5 days of delivery of the order. After 5 days of receipt, Promise Chocolates considers the shipment to be delivered and accepted with no issues, and no refunds or reships will be offered. To report issues or send photos of damaged product, please email customercare@promisechocolates.com. Due to safety concerns for our customers, we cannot accept returned orders.

Do you ship to a P.O. Box or an APO/FPO Address?

To ensure that our customers receive their assortment of chocolates fresh, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

What shipping carriers do you use? 

UPS.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. Order confirmations are sent via email once orders are received. 

Do you provide shipping confirmation as well?

Yes. Shipping confirmation and tracking numbers are sent via email once orders are shipped.

Can I ship my order to an address outside of the United States?

At this time we only offer shipping to addresses within the lower 48 states.
